Description
The UI flickers when I click with the mouse. Large portions of the UI are black.
macOS: Catalina 10.15.3 (19D76)
Xcode: 11.3.1 (11C505)

Did you try to change the graphics system as suggested in
port notes kdelibs4
?
Users who experience graphics glitches (like flickering) in KDE4 application on newer OS versions are invited to use the qtconfig application (in /Applications/MacPorts/Qt4) and experiment with the Native graphics system as described in the qt4-mac notes.
