Description

SoapySDR is not enabling the python bindings with the +python37 variant. The log file for the install (even though the install reports success) has the following lines (at line 795), showing that the build clearly isn't trying to install the python bindings feature. The rest of the python configuration process seemed to work successfully (line 764 in log), however the final feature was not enabled.
