FYI with regards to gnuradio +python38 building (at least on macOS 10.14): py38-pyqt5 does not build; I'm getting held up with the same configuration failure as is reported on this ticket: ​https://trac.macports.org/ticket/58760

on my macOS 10.15 with latest XCode py38-pyqt5 builds fine.
