Travis CI is still using MacPorts 2.6.2 to build PRs; recent PRs I submitted that require 2.6.3 failed.

I hope I've done this right (per the ​release process instructions).

Looking at recent port PR build logs from Azure and Travis CI, which say 

DEBUG: MacPorts 2.6.3

I believe it's fixed.
