Description

R failed to install due to configuration error. It would appear that bzip2 (1.0.8) header and library are not available even though it was installed.

Logs can be found attached.

Problem seems to have disappeared after reinstalling command line tools. Please close this as I think the problem is more system dependent than a general problem. Apologise for the inconvenient.
