gstreamer version 1.18.5 is the new stable, it's moved to using the meson build system

nomaintainerso if you're really interested in getting this updated a PR to do so would be recommended (as this ticket has been open for 7 months now without any activity).
Please see https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/8656 due to that I’m only bumping the ticket.

Not sure when/if I’ll get around to making macports-ports like versions of the gstreamer1 ports.
If you search for PRs I’ve submitted you’ll understand why I’d be rather reluctant to put in the required effort.
