Description

​py39-gdbm and ​py39-tkinter fail to install: 

sh: /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.9/bin/python3.9: No such file or directory

The ports don't have the required dependency on port:python39.

39 should be added to python.versions to fix this. The revision would need to be increased too.
