py27 is no longer supported for most (all?) Enthought packages. See ​https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/6590

In cafbaaa4ad4d3d060b11764812a9f829dc82cb9c/macports-ports (master):

py-sfepy: remove port

  • only supports PY27
  • port is 8 years out-of-date and current version has many new dependencies. If there is at some point interest in this port again one should just start packaging it from scratch.
