While the portfile minutia might be trivial (assuming no clang11-specific issues, that is)... it occurred to me: Will we need a gcc11 port to build this?

I'll try building against gcc 10, for investigative purposes.

But if we need gcc 11, we'll have to wait for that to be released. It looks like it's potentially imminent, but we'll see.
