Description

Please update py-spyder to 4.2.1 which ​officially supports Big Sur.

Also please add a py39 sub-port if possible.

I prepared the update already (not yet the py39 subport), but ​this issue is present and pops up an "internal error" message every time you start Spyder. Upstream suggests to ignore it and to me it indeed seems that Spyder works, so perhaps updating would be okay.
