Here is an implementation of "rpmall", the rpm equivalent of packageall. It
requires the package.destpath patch to work properly.
For the most part it acts like packageall. It also will pre-install ccache and
rpm before doing the build for any pending package to help speed things up. It
also sets the puredarwin variant if /usr/bin/sw_vers doesn't exist (this allows
a number of extra ports to build with this on puredarwin).
