ifuse is "A fuse filesystem implementation to access the contents of iOS devices.", part of libimobiledevice.
It is available on HomeBrew (https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/ifuse) and very easy to autogen/configure/make/install: https://github.com/Homebrew/homebrew-core/blob/HEAD/Formula/ifuse.rb
