fish was updated recently to 3.2. I'm anxiously awaiting an updated port, as it addresses a big performance bug with macOS.

fish: update to 3.2.2

  • fix path variable,
  • remove failing tests,
  • add py39-pexpect test dependency,
  • use python3.9 for tests
