Description
- Update to 2.2.28.
- This is a new stable release, not a development version.
- Includes many build fixes, some might replace patches.
- Source download URL has changed. Fetch from repo, not Github.

Thanks for you notice. The tarball does not include config.h.cmake and the instructions for Unix suggests installation with autotools. I'll commit the changes.
