http-prompt: Missing httpie dependency

Description

I installed http-prompt and when I wanted to run it I get 

  File "/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.8/lib/python3.8/site-packages/http_prompt/cli.py", line 14, in <module>
    from httpie.plugins import FormatterPlugin  # noqa, avoid cyclic import
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'httpie'

Looks like it didn’t execute the ​requirements.txt correctly? I don’t see httpie listed in the ​Portfile either.

Ports don't execute requirements.txt.

I don’t see httpie listed in the ​Portfile either.

It's right there at the end of depends_lib and has been ever since the port was added.
