I update the port yesterday so will take a look what the issue is.

The log you attached is not from a clean build. Please sudo port clean py37-pylint, then try again, then attach the new main.log if it fails again.

Actually Renee may have fixed this in [0fd205d6fe790181c25dbe16240e841859234ed2/macports-ports]. Let us know.
