Description
Rust's libgit2-sys is looking for 1.1.0: https://github.com/rust-lang/git2-rs/blob/master/libgit2-sys/build.rs#L15
Updating the version in MacPorts should hopefully address https://github.com/rust-lang/git2-rs/issues/672 and https://github.com/rust-lang/git2-rs/issues/180.

libgit2 was updated to 1.1.0 in [e28696c9ed08ae208681eb1a200ad6683a24a5ef/macports-ports] and to subsequent versions in subsequent commits.

I made a local Portfile with an updated version and digests and the result seems to be working for me. I didn't include the patch used with 1.0.1, as I wasn't sure if it was still needed.
