The installation of molden with 2.7.1 fails cause g95 cannot be installed with latest XCode. 

Error: building g95 is not supported with Xcode 9 or greater

Summary: molden not installing cause building of g15 fails → molden +g95: building g95 is not supported with Xcode 9 or greater

Since g95 does not work on your OS version, you should not attempt to install molden with its +g95 variant.

Instead, install molden with one of its other variants, such as +gcc9. (That is the default if you don't specify any other variant.)
