minikube: wrong version installed

Description

The installed binary reports a different version, and its size is notably different than the size of the binary distributed by the minikube project for the same version.

minikube: build from source

Build minikube and docker-hyperkit driver from source, no longer using the
amd64 pre-built binary.

  • use kubectl 1.21
