py-ipykernel: update to v6 with debugging support

Description

Visual Studio Code recently introduced a feature in their stable release version which enables debugging of Jupyter notebooks: ​https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_58#_jupyter-notebook-debugging but it only works with version 6 of ipykernel. MacPorts provides version 5.5.4 of py39-ipykernel. The latest release at this moment is version 6.0.3: ​https://github.com/ipython/ipykernel/releases

Would it be possible to update py39-ipykernel to that latest 6+ version? Jupyter notebook editing in VS Code is popular and I, and hopefully a lot of people, would welcome the debugging feature. Thanks!

I see that py39-ipykernel is now version 6.0.3_0 in Macports. Thanks for updating!
