fonttools for different python

Good day,

fonttools is also a nice library to works with fonts from python. Unfortunately right now it supports only python 3.9.

Maybe it isn't so bad idea to add subports like py38-fonttools?

@amake if you haven't got time feel free to ping me and I'll make a PRs which:

  • introduced select group for this port;
  • renamed it to pyXX-fonttools;
  • starting process to migration.
