Pre-conditions:

  • installed ccache
  • enabled configureccache option in macports.conf

Error during build:

:info:build ccache: error: Failed to create temporary file for /opt/local/var/macports/build/.ccache/3/f/cbnm4dekogo7td5gblmn2js95qr833oM.tmp.3CVixx: Permission denied

So, many of the source code files of links compiled, and then this one file failed?

Is there in fact anything different about the permissions/ownership of the indicated directory? If so, try fixing them?

It's strange, but today the problem has stopped reproducing for me.

Yesterday I did run port reclaim several times and manually cleared the working directory... Only disabling the configureccache option helped.

Perhaps it was some kind of temporary bug.
