In 61f601c046bf771f72aa1835fe08c594313c0962/macports-ports (master):

adjust default cares variant for net/wireshark2 and net/wireshark22 for #63841

Commit 61f601c/macports-ports should resolve this. I'm not a place where I can build these to verify, but "port lint" does not reveal any problems from these changes.
