Upgrading openssl breaks qpdf

It also looks like upgrading openssl also breaks qpdf. It looks like openssl is an undeclared dependency in the qpdf portfile.

According to the website for qpdf "Depending on which crypto providers are enabled, then GnuTLS and OpenSSL may also be required."

You should describe in what way it "breaks qpdf".

#63832 and #63831 don't seem to be related to this ticket.
