Description
In the py-matplotlib/Portfile is a note that references <https://matplotlib.org/tutorials/introductory/usage.html#backends>. The #backends tag in this URL no longer exists. I wonder if this note should now point to <https://matplotlib.org/stable/users/explain/backends.html>.
