This is split off from #62136. rev-upgrade output: 

Could not open /opt/local/lib/libvpx.6.dylib: Error opening or reading file (referenced from /opt/local/lib/ADM_plugins6/videoEncoders/libADM_ve_vp9.dylib)

port provides output:
