Installs ok this morning. Have attached main.log from failure.

Yup, looks like you can't download from the original site due to SSL problems (your OS is old and either you haven't followed the instructions at ProblemHotlist#letsencrypt or the administrator of the jedsoft.org server hasn't adjusted their certificate chain as explained there) and you couldn't download from our mirrors because I guess we hadn't mirrored it yet. We've mirrored it now so the problem shouldn't happen again.
