Port: pythonrick removed

There's no such thing as pythonrick. This is due to misuse of the python portgroup. The yorick-svipc subport is in the py-svipc Portfile, and works very hard to undo most of what the python portgroup does, but still doesn't quite manage it. It looks like it would be much easier to put it in a separate Portfile and just share py-svipc's dist_subdir. (It even declares a different top-level category…)
