Description
Would it perhaps be possible to update the python package plotly (https://github.com/plotly/plotly.py), along with adding python310 support? Thanks!!

Could you please update the python package plotly, and add python311 support ? py-plotly currently installs plotly 5.8.0 and supports python 3.7 to 3.10, whereas plotly 5.15.0 is currently available on Github https://github.com/plotly/plotly.py
