Launch port selfupdate automatically

Description

When port definition are more than two weeks old macports display a warning: "Warning: port definitions are more than two weeks old, consider updating them by running 'port selfupdate'."

But why not launching port selfupdate automatically in that case?

Another option could be to prompt to "update now Y/N".
