  Modellname:	MacBook Pro
  Modell-Identifizierung:	MacBookPro18,2
  Chip:	Apple M1 Max
  Gesamtanzahl der Kerne:	10 (8 Leistung und 2 Effizienz)
  Speicher:	64 GB

When installing ninja, it fails at libarchive (seems as if Port for Apple M1 is broken)

Please attach the main.log and config.log. Given that multiple ports are failing to configure for you, it seems likely that something general is wrong on your system, like missing Command Line Tools or something.
