    1 I am attempting to install `python39-virtualenv`.  I have already installed `rust` (with dependencies) and `python39`.  I am using a custom installation path specified with `configure` during the initial installation of Macports.

    33I am running a virtual machine with Snow Leopard retail DVD, and upgrade 10.6.8 combo from Apple, and Xcode 3.2.6.  I have _not_ upgraded the toolchain as described in the Macports document section entitled `LibcxxOnOlderSystems`.
