snort @2.9.18.1_2+if_en0: Install failed on macOS Monterey

Description

Install failed when installing snort via "sudo port install snort" at cli. I installed macports successfully prior to installing snort.

This is the well-known libtool bug with undefined symbols that affects macOS 11 and later and was fixed in libtool 2.4.7 (but snort is still using libtool 2.4.6). I'll fix it in a moment.
