vtk 9.1.0 breaks gdcm

Description

gdcm 3.0.10 fails to build against vtk @9.1.0_1.

Unfortunately, a quick attempt to build gdcm 3.0.14 also failed. So perhaps vtk 9.x.x isn't supported upstream.

It seems that there is a header path issue with the new version of vtk, see log file.

Maybe fixed by ​https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/21661 for VTK 9.3.0?
