I know this extension is lightly used, so there's no much demand, but any possibility of a PHP 8.1 build?

The last released version of php-meminfo, 1.1.1, is not compatible with PHP 8. I've filed an issue with its developers asking them to release a PHP 8-compatible version: https://github.com/BitOne/php-meminfo/issues/125
