swig-clisp, swig-chicken @4.1.0_1: Error: No files have been installed in the destroot directory!

Trying to upgrade swig-clisp fails with the following error:

I think it has something to do with these messages previously in the output:

Same with swig-chicken. The other swig subports either work or fail to install for different reasons.

Reconfirmed after the update to 4.1.1_0.
