atari800: Problem with Control key.

Description

Control key does not work, so special characters cannot be entered in Atari BASIC.

I can confirm the problem both for the MacPorts version as well as the Brew version of atari800. I also noted that the display is now correct both with VIDEO_ACCEL=0 and VIDEO_ACCEL=1. See Issue 104:

The VIDEO_ACCEL originated in libsdl so this might be a problem of one bug fixed and a new one gained. Either way nothing to do with the build itself.
