Description
Everything has become extremely slow on the macOS 13 builder for some reason. Some operations are timing out. Even updating the git checkout took 28 minutes just now: https://build.macports.org/builders/ports-13_x86_64-watcher/builds/1470/steps/checkout

Seems reasonable again after the reboot, so I'll close for now, keeping an eye out for recurrences.
