GHC 9.4.4 uses a sphinx version with a known bug shown here https://github.com/sphinx-doc/sphinx/issues/11094. As a result, MacPorts fails to build the port.
To reproduce:
# port install ghc @9.4.4
Using macOS Ventura 13.0.1 with M1 Max.

I am going to add Macports log corresponding to the port build failure. I have accidentally overwritten the log and thus re-running the port install to recover the log. (Going to take some time to hit the error again.)
