poly2tri-c hangs when attempting to apply patches

When attempting to install (or rather reinstall poly2tri-c as part of a migration) I get to the following:

It then hangs there and does nothing. This is on a Macbook Pro M2 (2023) with Ventura 13.2 and Xcode 14.1.
