inkscape hangs at applying the patch

When trying to install Inkscape, it hangs at applying the patch. It turns out that the archive download fails. The patch is running on an empty folder and waiting for user input.
It tries to download:
---> Attempting to fetch inkscape-1.2.1_2+x11.darwin_22.x86_64.tbz2 from http://mirror.fcix.net/macports/packages/inkscape ---> Attempting to fetch inkscape-1.2.1_2+x11.darwin_22.x86_64.tbz2 from https://packages.macports.org/inkscape ---> Attempting to fetch inkscape-1.2.1_2+x11.darwin_22.x86_64.tbz2 from https://ywg.ca.packages.macports.org/mirror/macports/packages/inkscape
All three download attempts fail, since the inkscape folder is missing at each of these locations?! I only see the inkscape-app and inkscape-textext folders present. Hope this can be fixed.
