Sorry it takes so long to get Rust updated.
The update itself doesn't take long, but getting everything working on the older system is a headache.
We really need to design a better system.

Maybe you can document some of the difficulties you've been running into? Maybe it makes more sense to discuss on the mailing list.

Can we also see an update for cargo as well?
