libgcc12 build from source fails

Description

I really don't know what causes the build from source to fail, but there are lots of warnings that look really bad, deprecated mktemp, NULL something, PTR something...

LOTS of these: :info:build none required :info:build checking for library containing ldexp... warning: unknown warning option '-Wshadow=local' [-Wunknown-warni ng-option] :info:build 1 warning generated.
