Please update the Aerial port to the latest upstream version, which is 3.2.5 as of https://github.com/JohnCoates/Aerial/releases.

I'd try taking a look at this myself, but my computer is too old.
If you want to give it a shot, you can read over https://trac.macports.org/wiki/howto/Upgrade
In addition to what's mentioned in that article, the bug that was addressed by patch-apisecrets.diff has since been fixed upstream, so you should be able to remove that line from the portfile.
