Try installing the py310-setuptools_scm port.

Installing py310-setuptools_scm did not seem to change the build failure.

The revert to 0.5.5 looks to have worked.

Resolution: → fixed
Status: assigned → closed

The official release is 0.5.5 (5 March 2023). They tagged the 0.6 without any official release and the difference is only on setup/pyqt6 so nothing important.
