Description
Running inkscape from terminal or inkscape-app from launchpad does not do anything. The installation of inkscape seemed successful.

inkscape @1.3_4+quartz works for me on Ventura 13.6.2

Did you install the default setup, which is X11? Or did you install as Quartz?
You can determine that by running
port installed inkscapefrom Terminal. Can you paste in the output?
