Should we install Fortran-specific includes into prefix/finclude, following gcc?

Description
Some Fortran ports install .mod files; for my ports, I tend to install those into ${prefix}/include/${name}, otherwise ports may install them into random locations. Should we instead set ${prefix}/finclude for Fortran includes, like GCC does for its own?
