import sipconfig
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sipconfig'
The system is a PowerMac G4 running Mac OS X 10.5.8. This issue seems to be related to the sip module but I have no experience with that so I'm not sure what exactly is going on here. It seems that sipconfig should be installed when py310-sip4 (a dependency of py310-pyqt4) is installed.
