Successfully installed GEANT4 and ROOT6. When I type in sudo port install gate it initially said that there were two variants of geant4 installed and that I needed to clean the port to get rid of the incorrect one which did work. Then when I tried installing gate again, it began to run but then once it tries to build gate, it gets to 6% and fails. I have tried uninstalling all ports and re-installing them. It said try cleaning the ports so I tried that too. I pasted the error message below. Not sure what issue is.
Error: Failed to build gate: command execution failed Error: See /opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_science_gate/gate/main.log for details. Would you be able to direct me on how to do that? I believe it is somewhere under console.

Select the following line by triple-clicking it and copy it to the clipboard by pressing ⌘C:
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_science_gate/gate/main.log
Underneath the description of this ticket, click Attachments, then click Attach another file, then click Choose File.
In the file chooser, press ⌘⇧G to bring up the Go panel, then ⌘V to paste the previously-copied path, then press Return. Click Upload. Click Add attachment.
Please attach the main.log file.
