Not enough information. The fetch errors are expected, so that is not it. Please attach the full build log containing this error.

there are a bunch of tickets open about kde not working on newer systems already.

I have been picking off the broken deps for a few months now (boost, others).

Getting near to the point where we can give a go at building kdelibs4 again, and then maybe some of the actual KDE apps, which is what people want.

The KDE ports are very bitrotted, and also, frankly very old and out of date.

KDE5 works absolutely great in a simple linux VM -- that is how I run them now. I don't know if anyone will every try to port the KDE5 ecosystem to MacPorts .... and when they do, no doubt KDE6 will be the thing.

I wonder if there is actually any point to the KDE ecosystem in MacPorts at all, and whether the entire bunch of old, outdated, fragile ports should be dumped out.

Replying to Dave-Allured:

Not enough information.

Ideally we would like to see the log file to know for sure, yes, but there is enough information to say that kdelibs4 fails to build on all of our buildbot systems due to #68452 so it's probably that.

There have been attempts; see query:status=!closed&summary=~kf5
